Eden Valley and Swaledale Tour

Starting out from Kirkby Stephen town centre just into the Cumbrian border, we head out towards Hawes taking in some nice lanes to get the day rolling. From Hawes we crank up the pace and really start to work ourselves and the cars hard. We’ve got some real challenges lined up for this tour with some good technical sections that demand precision vehicle control.

Due to this event’s very demanding nature, we insist that vehicles are well prepared. Standard four wheel drives will struggle and vehicles with standard front bumpers are potentially going to have clearance issues. A standard Defender or modified Discovery is fine for clearance but we must insist that all terrain tyres are fitted as a bare minimum as sections of this route have areas of quite rough terrain
